Process
Share your item, artwork, quantity, and timeline. We confirm what's possible in thread and what the project will involve.
We digitize your artwork for embroidery and send a stitch preview with thread colors, sizing, and placement.
You approve the design and final quote. For larger runs we produce a sew-out so the first piece sets the standard.
Your order is stitched, trimmed, inspected, and packaged — ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
Bulk & Business
Need embroidered apparel for your company, team, organization, event, or client gifts? We offer streamlined ordering for larger projects while maintaining the same attention to detail as a single custom piece.

About the Atelier
Thread & Form Atelier began with a straightforward observation: most embroidery fails at the details. A logo stitched too dense puckers the fabric. Lettering placed a half-inch off center reads as an accident. A crest that looks sharp on screen turns muddy in thread. Those are solvable problems, and solving them is the work.
We combine design judgement with production discipline. Every project starts with digitizing — translating artwork into a stitch path built for the specific fabric it will live on — and ends with a piece that is trimmed, inspected, and pressed before it leaves the studio. Between those points sits the part clients notice most: someone paying attention.
The result is embroidery that reads as considered rather than applied — whether it's a single monogrammed gift or four hundred pieces of branded corporate apparel.
Machine embroidery allows us to create repeatable, professional-quality stitching while maintaining the individuality of every project.

“Our logo had never translated well into thread until this. Every shirt across four locations looks identical, and reorders take one email.”

“I ordered one monogrammed robe as a wedding gift. It arrived boxed and finished beautifully — I didn't have to do a thing.”

“Crew jackets that hold up on site and still look sharp at a client meeting. The stitching hasn't budged in two seasons.”

FAQ
Custom machine embroidery uses computerized embroidery equipment to stitch names, logos, artwork, and designs directly into fabric for a durable, professional finish. Artwork is first digitized into a stitch file, then sewn with the garment held flat in a square or rectangular hoop backed by stabilizer.
