Quotes and approval
Quotes are estimates until project details and artwork are reviewed. Production begins once you approve the digitized design, thread colors, placement, and final pricing in writing.
Artwork rights
By submitting artwork you confirm you hold the rights to reproduce it. We reserve the right to decline projects involving protected marks without documented permission.
Customer-supplied garments
We take great care with client-supplied items, but embroidery involves needle penetration and hooping. We are not able to replace customer-supplied garments and recommend sending one spare where possible.
Turnaround and cancellation
Turnaround begins at design approval. Orders may be cancelled before digitizing begins at no charge; after digitizing or garment sourcing, those costs are non-refundable.
