When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, project details, and any artwork files you choose to upload. We collect this information solely to prepare your estimate and produce your order.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, digitize artwork, fulfill orders, and support reorders. We do not sell or rent client information.
Artwork and logo files
Artwork you supply remains yours. We store digitized stitch files so repeat orders match your original approval, and we do not reuse client artwork on other projects without written permission.
